iPhone app to set preset ring volume...

i had this on my old jb'd iphone, in ios6. can't remember what it was called.
i set 3 different levels for the ringer volume (named 'home','street', 'work'), and could easily switch between them (with an activator action, i THINK).

anyone know what that is/was? or if there's something similar?

That's what I use anyway. But it provides quite a bit more functionality then what you're asking for.
