Now that I'm using radio a lot more, I discover a lot of new music every day. Problem is, whenever something new plays I can't really see what's playing. It's all jammed up at the top middle part with everything so tiny.

Is there a way to enlarge all the info for the now playing song? Is there an option or an app on mac that does this?

You can look into Bowtie. It's a nice little app that shows currently playing songs like a widget on your desktop. bowtieapp.com.

Not sure about exact window setup you have for iTunes, but if Mini Player, there is an info icon (e.g. "i" with circle) that you can click on to blow up that view.

What I have setup on my iTunes and machine is Notification Center for iTunes. I get a banner message, then can also go back to the Notification center and see what last popped on the screen.

I run "normal sized" iTunes and, imo, easy to read the "now playing" sub-window.
