iPod App to test iPod battery health?

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I'm wondering if there is an app available to test the health of my iPod battery. I haven't been able to find anything, but I might not be searching with the correct parameters.

Any ideas?

I'm searching for the same thing, but I think reubs was looking for the current capacity compared to the original. For example my MacBook battery is 1 year old, it has a higher charge capacity out of the box by about 257 mAh. Original: 5,020 mAh to the current: 5,277 mAh Does anyone know of a program capable of the same thing for an iPod? Thanks.

so you have to keep checking throughout the day, doesn't seem to exact.
