app to zip up files with password protection

hi peeps,

anyone knows of an app that is able to zip a file up with password protection and allows for upload to online storage sites such as dropbox etc? it should allow for basic text file editing as well. the app can be for the iPhone or iPad.

If I"m not mistaken Good Reader will do this, not positive about dropbox?
