Are there any "application's uninstaller" apps that i can use to uninstall applications i have installed in Yosemite?

I would avoid ‘app cleaners’, unless you know what you are doing and inspect each suggested file/directory individually. These programs are error-prone and can delete objects that do not belong to the app you are trying to remove.

App cleaners is good,

Most applications install stuff preferences/config files to:

%home folder%/Library/Application Support
%home folder%/Library/Caches
%hone folder%/Preferences.

To access, "Go" menu, and hold down OPTION. I use spotlight only ...

Better to think ahead before u need an app than to try and 'clean' afterwards, and leaving traces around
