i am running the latest iOS 9 and just had the app update badge show a 1. i go in and look to see what needs to be updated and its an app that is already up to date! server side bug? its the weather channel app. i'm running 6.11 already and shows update for it but its the same version?

Force quit the App Store and let it reload. If that fails, restart the phone. One of those two things should get it in sync again.

i have forced quit the app store and restarted the phone already. still showing update available o_O

Thy deleting the offending app. That should clear the badge, right? Then reinstall the app.

It's usually a timing thing. Happened in previous versions of iOS as well. Basically an update just became available but hssnt hasn't been dispersed to all the App Store servers. If you give it some time and check it later on today you should see the updated version.

well i hit update on the app and it went through and no longer showing update available. however i launched the application and the version is unchanged. some type of bug?
