iPhone App Updates Missing?

Hi all,
I’m not seeing where app updates would show up in App Store. I’ve had iOS 13 beta for a while, and maybe I’m misremembering, but isn’t there an app updates section even if there are no updates?
I’ve tried pulling to refresh.

It won’t show until there are updates

It should show a list of "Updated recently". Either yours isn't working well or you've simply not updated any apps in a while.

A strange update to me. the symbol that there are updates is next to my name/picture at top right of screen - then when there if no - scroll screen to update - to me a very strange update vs. the tab that showed updates
