I cannot seem to update any apps?

They download and install fine but then a few minutes later, the update is back in the App Store?

I am confused:
Is your app actually updated, yet the same update is again offered in Updates?
OR, you choose to download the update in the Updates tab, but the app never actually updates?

Is there a difference if you restart your Mac after updating (even if a restart is not required by the update)?

This is for the iPhone, I go into the App Store, press updates, do an app update, it downloads & completes installing. Then shows under updated. But then the app isn't updated, I go back into the App Store a few minutes later and it pops up again as an update :/

Hitting the update all button seems to work for me, to stop the problem. I have had this too on iOS 10 beta 1.
