APP2 Build Quality

Does anyone have a pair of APP2 where the transition between the body half and the stem half is totally flush? My right one is totally smooth but the left AirPod has a noticeable line on the rear where one half sticks up a bit. It doesn’t affect the functionality at all but for the price I would expect better quality control. My concern is that exchanging them would just result in another pair with the same issue.

That's an easy fix with some fine grain sandpaper. I am serious. Do it. I did.

Mine has the same 'issue'. It's very minor, but I would say the fit and finish is just a hair below the my 1st gen APPs. Might just be because it's the first production run - I suspect these very minor things will get ironed out over time.
