Hey!

I'm and android user (for now!) And an apple music subscriber. I've got a need to still use iCloud email and on occasion sign in and out of apple services. I've noticed there can be delays with 2FA whereby the delay for receiving a text is longer than usual. I don't want to have your power up my wife's old SE that I hoarded for such a time but was wondering if it's possible to add Apple 2FA to an authentication app like Microsoft's app or googles even?

This won't be an issue come upgrade time when I'm ready to move back to iOS but using such an app would be so convenient !

When will Apple realise that the average phone end user is just that not an engineer or IT tech 2FA is just a useless pain to most of us even very experienced users like myself having to use 2FA in excess to 10 times a day and then refusing to turn it off Apple have so much arrogance they don't even have a complaints department and if you post anything bad about 2FA on Apple forums which i hasten to add are NOT run by Apple apparently they still remove any bad posts Hmmmm I can't get anything other than the stock answers in regards 2FA begs the question what are they hiding ???
