You can include both 32 and 64 support in the same binary:

Here's the note from Apple:

As a reminder, beginning February 1, 2015 new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must include 64-bit support and be built with the iOS 8 SDK. To enable 64-bit in your project, we recommend using the default Xcode build setting of “Standard architectures” to build a single binary with both 32-bit and 64-bit code.

I don't think they're going to go 64 only for a couple more years. There's too many devices out there without the support.

s'true. It's a horribly outdated device.

That wasn't the original question though, and you came in here with an opinion and nothing else.

I hope this not true because i was thinking of sign up for iOS developer.

You can still develop code, I believe there may be a compile option for you to select 64 or 32bit. I haven't looked at the SDK in a while, so I can't state this for sure but take a look.
