When purchasing hardware from the Apple shop (brick and mortar, or via the Apple Shop App), can one use the 'Apple Account Balance' funds? In particular, when using the Apple Shop App.

But, I cannot figure out how to use my Apple Account Balance (or even some of it), when purchasing hardware.
Any ideas?

Thanks all

I actually just did this and it took a bit to figure out. You have to go through the full checkout on the app (not apple pay) to apply your Apple Account balance to the purchase. There's a box to apply the balance below where you would manually enter your credit card info. I had to fill in the info on my physical apple card to get the 3% cash back on the remaining purchase price. Real head scratcher that it's not an option when paying via apple pay in the app.

Brilliant, thanks for sharing! Just did a dummy run (waiting for Friday), and I saw the option. Thanks again...!
