Resolved Apple Activation Server Down?

iPhone 4 UK CDMA - JB with Absinthe 2.0.1 - lost contacts and messages apps and all my apps. Couldnt erase all settings and content. Restored 10 times and wont activate now.

Can't connect to iCloud on my PC either.

Annoying to say the least as I have work in 4 hours.

Wont activate now.

Was the phone locked to a specific carrier?
Sounds like you messed up and updated the baseband.

Locked to Orange but I didn't want to unlock my phone.

Issue solved. Activation worked this morning.
