It says on the ads launching in US English beta later this year. Does anyone know if that includes all English speaking countries e.g UK, Canada, Australia or just USA?

Presumably any device that can change their locale to US english (also probably Siri to US).
Confirmed. The press release says to access the beta just switch the device language to US english. Hurrah
