Apple AirPods & Beats Earphones

Has anyone else had issues with their headphones/earphones when installed iOS17? I have AirPods Pro and my son has Beats Earphones, both of us upgraded, me via Developer Beta, him via Public Beta and now can't use our headsets.

With the AirPods Pro, I have to delete from Bluetooth saved devices every time I want to use them then repair.

With his Beats, they simply won't connect to the device at all, we removed them from Bluetooth list and now can't even find them on bluetooth search.

#Nightmare.


Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes it's not enough to just unpair/pair the headsets without doing a factory reset on the headphones.

Remove the headphones on the phones and then reset them. For AirPods, open the lid and hold down the button on the back of the case until the LED turns white https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209463. For beats, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208304

I am having the same problem with AirPods Max. Annoying.

Not having problem here with APP2's and Beats Flex. (Off topic, but this seems as good a place as any: I still really hate the connected and disconnected sounds from the Beats. Can never tell which is which.)
