Hello, a friend of mine is experiencing a really odd problem with his airpods, they were exchanged few months ago because when he connects them to his iphone 8 there is sound distortion... Long story short, he got new iphone 8 and the problem is still here, we have tried connecting them to my ipad, iphone x and samsung device the quality is perfect. Is it possible to be some software related problem because he back up his new iphone 8 from old back up ? Any suggestions to fix this problem ?
