So this is a new one. I have new Apple TV 4K, iPhone 13 pro max, and new iPad Pro. Within past few weeks only at night none of my apple apps will load on any device. I have att fiber 1000 mbps and new BGW-320 for Wi-Fi 6. When I test my speeds on Wi-Fi my devices are around 600 and my Apple TV is connected with Ethernet and pulling 950 mbps. Everything else is loading perfect. All the streaming services, websites, etc work perfect. It’s just Apple apps! Movies won’t load so we can’t rent anything at night, tv shows, music, Apple Arcade-nothing works at night! In morning things seem to go right back to normal. Has anyone experienced this before? It’s pretty frustrating.

By chance since you said at night, is sleep time set up and or is focus turned on, both of which will limit what actions can take place. Focus is the new do not disturb.

Nope no screen time. It’s really weird. I live in an apartment complex like I said it’s not up until recently that I’ve been having issues only at night. I was wondering if maybe there was some congestion or ATT fiber has some issue with connecting to apple apps after upgrading to 15.3? It is literally only between like 7-midnight and it’s strictly apple apps. iTunes, App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, arcade. They all either don’t load and say not available right now, or they load incredibly slow. Everything else working like normal-all other streaming services and internet. Just really weird. I would think it was a Wi-Fi issue or something but it happens on my Apple TV too that’s connected with Ethernet!

So are both the WiFi and Ethernet going through a router in the building? Maybe try turning WiFi off on your phone so it’s using the cellular connection. Perhaps there’s some kind of automated timed firewall at the router.
