iPhone Apple Apps

I have been trying to download the watch app all day and all of the apple apps have been having problems downloading to my iphone. Has anyone else had this problem today, also it is caused because of the glitch last night with the old ipa's being signed?
 
Have you tried restarting? What about switching connections, perhaps WiFi instead of cellular or vice versa, or a different WiFi network?
