I am running Catalina on a 2014 iMac. I am signed up to Apple arcade and it works for myself on the Apple TV, iPad and iPhone. However, on my iMac, I am able to download the Games but they will not play under my account. However they work for my family if they log onto the same Mac. I am an Admin on the Mac.
I have attached a video below of what happens when I try to open a game. This happens with all Apple Arcade games.

So it isn't a problem on my Apple Arcade subscription as it works on other devices and it isn't a problem with Apple Arcade on my mac as my wife and son can play the games when they logon as themselves.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful.
