Hi, just a quick one. :)

Will the Apple BT KB work on a pc?

I have a Belkin 1.2 USB adaptor that i bought so that my GF can send her camera pics to the PC.

And if so how easy/reliable is the Apple BT KB?

it SHOULD work with a PC, although remember that the key layout is slightly different too.

there have been some threads on this already, there may be more info in them as to it working or not.

that being said, i've had a BT KB since they were released. the battery life is great and i love it. has a good feel to it in my opinion.

Had a good look around and couldn't find any threads specifying using the keyboard with a PC rather than an Apple machine.

Anyone out there got one and a PC with BT who could have a quick check?

Finally I have arrived.....
I cannot help thinking that using Apple keyboard with a PC is like putting in a Ford engine in a classic Chevy.

I think basic keyboard functions should work as it is pretty much standardized in the industry. The add on function keys may not work, though.

Well in the UK Ford Mondeo engines are very well respected, powerful relaible and quite frugal.

We don't really have many Chevvy, sort of died a quick death.

Anyway, my keyboard is a very old Apricot affair that is the size of a Aircraft carrier and has the odd key missing here and there.

With a nice tasty colour sceme of old yellowing plastic.

My mate gave it to me after my other one died about 2 years ago and i could'nt be arsed getting a new one.

Untill now, shiney groovy Bluetooth and all the rest of it.

Going to try and find one on eBay, or might just abandon the whole idea as i'll be getting an Intel PM in October.
