Apple Calendar on MBP only shows 1 Calendar on Start

I have my Google account connected to the calendar on my MacBook (stock apple calendar). I have 5 calendars in my Google account. When I open the calendar it only shows 1 calendar. I have to hit CMD + O to show all the other calendars. Is there a way to show all the calendars when I start the calendar app? I've been through the preferences, but I cannot find anything. I'm on BigSur 11.6.6. Thanks in advance.

I am also having trouble accessing any calendars. I get a pop-up when I open Calendar the looks like this:
