I entered a "perfect companion 2 Promotion" last december 2006. If i bought a iMac and a printer I would get 700 danish kroner back in return. In march 2007 I got a letter from apple I would have to send them the bar code of the box. I return it and have never heard from them ever since. Anyone experienced anything like this? What should I do? Should I expect to get my money?

I would contact them by post if I were you with a letter explaining your situation. If you have a copy of the letter you received from Apple and if you have a copy of your original receipt or any other relevant documentation you should include it as well.

I once had a problem with an iPod and an Apple representative rang me up and told me they were going to give me 100 Euros back in compansation. It took some time and a reminde from me, but they did in the end. One of the reasons I still do business with Apple.
