I just found out that Apple removed the option to purchase iPhones with an Applecard installment plan without carrier activation.

I placed an order with Xfinity Mobile for $400 off but had to cancel it when I found out that they would not allow me to use foreign esims when I travel abroad.

Any US carrier allows to do a payment plan and allows temporary unlock for international esims?
