Apple Card Apple Card not valid for Mastercard NYC Restaurant Week promotion

NYC just announced a new Restaurant Week, pandemic-adapted to "Restaurant Week to Go." Mastercard is a partner, offering $10 back on every meal--but when I tried to register my Apple Card, it says "Enroll failed because: Account not qualified for the Program." Disappointing. Are Apple Cards not full Mastercards?

Same here but, the problem is not limited to Apple Card. Other MC cardholders are having problems according to their comments here:

Interesting--although they're mostly citing a "server error" vs. my "account not qualified." (And that first poster is angry!)
