I’ve noticed that I’m no longer getting transaction notifications when I use my Apple Card. I’ve toggled the notification On/off/on in both the Wallet app for the card and Notifications in Settings, and still not getting transaction notifications. Any ideas?

I’ve noticed purchase alerts are slower but eventually show up. The weirdest issue I have now is when I make a payment to my Apple Card that alert will only go to my Apple Watch. It never shows on my phone.

My Apple Card transaction and payment alerts have become very unreliable since updating to iOS 13 and getting an iPhone 11. But since I got a new iPhone it's hard to say if it's iOS or the phone. I used the migration tool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to 11. For one purchase earlier today I never got an alert at all.
In fact, although my balance is accurate the transaction I made today doesn't show up in recent transactions.
