Apple Card's transaction history and its amount disappeared and I can't pay...

I bought GoPro Hero 8 with Apple Card on Oct 8th which is way before the shipping date: 15th. It was still pending and GoPro shipped it on Oct 11th and I got it on 15th which very early. I was happy about it but after a few days, the transaction history and its amount for GoPro disappeared. Which means there is no way that I can pay credits for GoPro Hero 8.



Both Apple and Goldman Sachs said that it is still pending but didn't explain why my transaction history and amount for GoPro is missing. This never happened even with pending items. Of course, I have proof that I paid for GoPro Hero 8 from email and I can not find anything related to GoPro on my Apple Card. I contacted Apple for 1 hour and they are trying to investigate this issue.



It is a serious problem. What if you didn't realize about the total balance that some of your amounts are missing for more than 30 days? I wonder if any of you have the same issue?

I’ve had a charge disappear once and reappear a few days later on a debit card. I wouldn’t worry about it, it will show up on your credit card statement so not paying it shouldn’t be an issue.

It is very possible the authorization expired and was removed from your card. Normally, most places will charge when it’s shipped, though.

In my experience, this is very common with preorders or items that don’t ship for a while.

I agree with Strelok

Had some issues with balances, or so I thought. And, duplicate,pending charge that still hasn't gone away.

But, I resolved it by downloading the PDF statements and comparing to Wallet.

I will now save each monthly statement on my macbook.
