Apple care on magsafe?

If it's not cut, chewed etc... than it should be covered under Apple's limited warranty.

I always wonder what Apple store employees really know. Here in Thailand I went through an entire store's staff all the way to management and didn't get definite answer about my magsafe coverage...until I talked to the head of Apple Thailand who said yes, of course that's covered...uh...right, of course!

Should be covered. When my first one burnt through, Apple replaced it for me.

ALL apple products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. If it's got an Apple on the box it's covered.

If you get it with a MacBook or MacBook Pro and get AppleCare on it then the power adapter is covered for 3 years with AppleCare as well.
