So now you have 2 fixes every 12 months so that’s 4 total in the two year period is that right ? I thought it was 2 period

That change happened sometime in 2020, I believe, based on the ability to extend coverage past the initial period.

Also it's important to note from the footnotes: "Any unused accidental damage incidents will expire and you will get two more accidental damage incidents to use within the next 12 months of continued coverage."

The actual policies are here based on the purchase date.

Ah so after it expires in November 2021 I can extend it ? Didn’t know that. I didn’t know about this about headphones Apple care.
