If you buy an iPad Pro in Singapore and get apple care plus on it can you get service for it in US and Europe?

They don’t care where you buy something. As long as it’s under warranty or AppleCare/AppleCare+, they take care of you.

Not true.

I bought an iPad Pro in 2018 in Europe, along with the smart keyboard. Smart keyboard failed, brought it into the Apple Store in Canada, and they denied the warranty claim, saying it was the european model (international english). I had to buy a new one out of pocket.

That is because they probably don’t sell that model in Canada.

That point is mute for most Apple products. All iPhones, iPads, etc sold the world over are the same with rare exceptions. Assuming you buy unlocked.
