So the iPad Pro 11 inch I ordered yesterday via apple website with apple care plus shipped today but when does apple send the email with the apple care agreement and apple care information ?

Interesting, I don’t remember ever getting an Apple Care email on any of my devices over the years. I’m sure I did, just don’t remember. The email isn’t necessary. Apple has all that info connected to your device. If by chance you don’t see an email a fast chat, call or DM to Apple Support on tweeter can get you a confirmation. I also think there’s a way to check the Apple care status online. Maybe another member know which site to go to.

I got my email within 5 minutes, but I purchased at the Apple Store. I didn’t realise buying online made it so much slower.

This... Thanks for the reply.

You're welcome. I knew because I recently bought a 2018 12.9 Pro and bought AppleCare for it - the email they send has the link info in it. This was the first iPad I bought AppleCare for; in fact, it's the first time I have bought an extended warranty for anything I have purchased (point of reference - I'm an old, retired tech guy). But the price of the 12.9 and high cost of any repair was apparently my tipping point.

I wish I had AC+ on my iPad Pro 12.9, the unresponsive screen after a while will drive you crazy.
