i got my replacement device sent to wrong address.

I contact Apple they say wait 3 days then they can investigate.

I contact Fedex with 2-3 hrs I get my phone with me.

To get my Apple care plus transfer is a pain I been back an fourth for 1hr 16 getting transfers from agreement team to seniors all was say no and some confused till one person escalated a ticket.

One senior advisor was saying no and said I used all my incidents but I never did.

Nothing tied to my account yet.


Why is it so difficult to get Apple care plus transfer?
 
Because you seem to have one or the other issues with Apple literally every week. Do you not work or something?!
