Aren't all apple certified refurbished mac pro 15% off? I thought this was the case, but when I look on their latest listing, ONLY a few is being listed at 15% off.

The percentage discount on Apple refurbished product varies. It has never always been at a fixed percentage for all products.

The discounts on the two stock models seem to be the largest. On the Canadian store the quad is 20% off and the 6 core is 19% off.

I ordered the stock 6 core as it seems to be the biggest bang for the buck, and even if the internal SSD was 1tb it still would not be big enough for me etc.
