I bought a $20 iTunes gift card and redeemed it yesterday specifically to keep my Apple Music going. (I turned off auto-renewal to avoid a charge in case I didn't like AM anymore). I got the card 20% to save money. All was well until I signed up and immediately noticed my bank got hit and my iTunes Balance went from $20.00 to $5.01. The mistake is still not corrected and I read a few places you could pay for Apple Music through your iTunes balance.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

You should get an invoice via email from Apple for your recent purchases. Scroll down to where it says "To cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving this invoice" and follow the report a problem link.

I was incorrectly charged for an iTunes purchase last week and it was credited back to my account less than 24 hours after I reported it.

Just noticed that the same thing happened to me. I got the email receipt that showed the $14.99 came from my gift card balance. But I just noticed the same charge on my bank account.

Hopefully this isn't a monthly issue or it's back to Spotify I go.
