Other Apple charging for Express Repair service now with AppleCare+?

It looks as though Apple is now charging a “other incidental” fee for those who have AppleCare+ to use their Express Repair Service… I am certain this used to be $0 before? (Now $129CAD plus taxes?). That is a bit of a bummer.

I remember I was charged a fee a couple of years ago then they did away with it it seems like they might bringing it back.

Here in the states, you always paid for an express replacement. I paid $99 earlier this year when I dropped my 13 and had an express replacement sent to me. Same goes for iPad AW, etc.
