Apple.com discussions / Support Communities down now?

I was browsing discussions.apple.com earlier today; now I get an ugly "Access Denied" string (whether logged in or not) on all machines.

Just me/my ISP, or down for everyone?

Just curious. Probably very temporary whatever it is. Someone dug too deep while making that nice UFO building....

EDIT: it's back. Down for maybe 5 minutes. (Still curious if others saw it.)
