I can usually get to the home page, but anything else just says "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable." Sometimes the home page says that too. Weird.

Hey...whaddya know...I got it the first time too.

Never seen that happen. And we know that apple.com isn't getting hammered, and no DoS attacks are inbound.

yea it is down. maybe they are having an issue getting the store ready tomorrow for new macs!

All of apple.com and all the stores are down for me at the moment too. :( Probably a DDOS attack although it would take a hell of a lot to take down Apple like that.

Me too. And his may seem off topic but for the past week I couldn't load the home page. I would get a "Slow script" pop-up and would have to cancel.

maybe they got tired of all of us refreshing to see if new macs are going to be released

It looks like just the apple.com domain is down. Any subdomain (devforums/store) still work fine.

Looks like it's just the US site.

Correction...

Store.Apple.com is up...

the rest of the site is down... I suspect they are moving stuff around or are being seriously DDoS'd, although I doubt the DDoS because the site would display 404 error.
