Does anyone know how to make a complaint to Apple without going through Customer Relations? Email would be preferable.

you can do a letter and post it to them in Cupertino

or e-mail my old mate Steve :Steve@mac.com

;)

Thanks, I'll try both. I've got a pretty serious complaint and Customer Relations are about as useful as an American flag in Pyongyang.

I expect it works the same way as billg@microsoft.com, which is monitored by his henchmen around the clock. I've also tried steve@apple.com on the off-chance. :) I do hope someone picks this up, as I'm this close to marching into an Apple store with a bag of guns.
