I have an apple credit card and it got restricted and is in review for no reason! I’ve been talking to 4 different people and even waited to talk to a supervisor. I asked how long it will take to get off of review and all of them told me they don’t have a time frame of how long it will take. I have a trip coming up in 2 weeks and I need this card to work! If anyone has any answers please let me know! I have had this apple credit card since last year, never had a late payment, and had really good credit. This is the first time this has happened and I don’t know what to do.

here is a list of things why credit cards get restricted (its for a different company, but the reasons are valid in general). If Apple couldn’t tell you the reason (that is strange, isn’t it?), maybe it’s worth talking to the Mastercard online support. if the reason is something trivial like reentering some data it sure can be solved by the technical support - at least this works within the EU.
