Apple credit card question...

If I apply online at home, can I use it in-store today?

I don't want to bother busy apple employees, ideally if I can apply online and take advantage of their no interest for a year, I can walk in an apple store, if I'm lucky, and walk out with a new MBA?

I just called on my break and they said I'd have to sign up for it in-store in order to get a print out of a barcode that would allow to purchase today...

No barcode printout for online approvals.

I guess I'll just bug an apple employee to play it safe. Thanks though,
