Apple Customer Service Headset

Hi Guys,

Long time reader first time poster.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post on. But does anyone know what headsets Apple Customer service uses? I was speaking to the customer service operators the other day and they were so clear! I don't think I have ever spoken to a customer service operator with any other company that has these great headsets!

Can any one help me with what brand or model they use?
