I recently purchased a Powerbook and recieved a defective battery and power adaptor. I recieved a battery a week before the adaptor and quickly sent it back. I received a invoice saying that I purchased a battery and I didn't have to pay for anything. I assumed this was them confirming they had recieved the battery. However, before sending backt he power adaptor I received an identical statement for the adaptor. So, does anyone know if this invoice isn't what I am thinking of or if they think I sent back my power adaptor? Anyone have experience with such a stiuation because I could use the help.

I had my iPod replaced because of bad HDD and was sent out on a Wednesday and got a brand new one on a Friday.

Very pleased.

Hope that helps!

I would recommend calling 1-800-My-Apple. Then you can make sure that everything is correct. ;)
