Does anyone know an extension number of a customer relations manager? Or a number for the distribution team?

I’ve been waiting a month now for them to book in a phone exchange. Something so simple to do. I’m currently with a customer relations staff member tho every time I ask to talk to a manager he’s always in a meeting. Nothing is being done and I can’t even contact the Distribution team to get them to set up a exchange.

The most frustrating customer service as I’m apparently already the furthest a customer can go. I just have to as they say wait..
