Hello Apple fanatics!

I am asking you guys today, how do you guys get your way with Apple Employees? I win with some employees and lose with most.

For example, every year I take in my old iPhone cables and some employees switch them out no problem and other times its a challenge.

I have more stories, but I want to hear yours!

hmm...
I am just not familiar with the "switch out old iPhone cables every year" program. Not sure if that exists in the real world.
I would expect a little push-back if I tried that, too.

I've only ever brought something to an Apple store if it needed to be repaired or replaced, within warranty; as I have Applecare on my computers, this has never been an issue and they have been repaired without any problems. Likewise, two different iPod classics died within the warranty period and were replaced without a problem.

However, the mindset of replacing cables annually without actually needing to leaves me a bit baffled.
