Yes this really happened, I backup my iPhone 4s to iCloud in a November 2014 but the summer of 2015 I noticed on my iPhone 6 that my backup is no longer there! After many conversations with Apple's employees and "engineers" I follow the instructions and they even had access to my account and finally they said. That it was impossible to happen and began to convince me that the reason is in me. This is ********! I've always enough space in the iCloud.

What can I do?

There is so much wrong with this topic.
- why is your opening post in bold?
- you followed instructions. Instructions to do what?
- What do you mean: they had access to your account?
- They said it was impossible to happen. What was impossible to happen? For Apple to delete your backup?
- You started this topic in 2016. You replied yesterday? Are you actually still trying to get the backup back?? Like, what?

And to reply to your original question: What can you do? By now I would say: nothing.
