Two days ago, I've made an in app purchase in a game that cost me $40 but after the transaction, an error occurred and I never receive what I've paid for and there's no way to restore it. I immediately request a refund on the reportaproblem website, but 24 hours later they denied it without any explanation, I contested it and type in the reason, and they still denied it. How it can be? They literally stole my money with an error in their side and now they refuse to refund me without any explanation.

What I can do now? I'm tempted to call my bank and reverse the purchase, but I read on the internet that Apple could ban your account if you do so so I don't know what to do, but one thing I'm sure, I have the right to reclaim my money back.

Any idea?

You wil have to live with it. If you call your bank and reverse the charge, that could cause Apple to flag your account and possibly refuse any further refunds. There is nothing more you can do, as far as I know.

Personally I'd probably try calling Apple Support as well. You might have better luck talking to a human being who'd have to listen to the story rather than a system that can just say "No" without any further comments.
I'd also email the game developer; They aren't in charge of refunding you here, but just to notify them that it's a problem in their game that this can happen
