so recently I had logged into apple developer site with my personal Apple ID, without knowing what I was doing I was about to purchase the enrollment but had insufficient funds which I thank because I would have regretted it, I contacted them and doubled checked to see if I had bought the enrollment plan and they said that I hadn’t, and recently now I contacted apple support becuSe I had another problem and they said I had a developer account, so my question is do I need a enrollment to have a developer account, or do I have one simply because I logged in into their website and accepted terms and conditions?

Can’t view it my account is disabled for apple developer site, I asked them too because I didn’t want it linked to my personal id, but someone how it still created an account.
It’s a public web page, it shouldn’t require any sign-in.

Anyway, it does appear you‘ll need to contact Apple support to dis-enroll from Apple Developer status (and possibly to unlock your account).

With that said, Apple Developer association shouldn’t limit/harm accomplishing activities rather it adds options/capabilities to your Apple ID. A locked account is a different problem in itself.
