OP: Get over it. Say that Apple is unfair all you like, but don't display your ignorance of what democracy and free speech actually is.
The Apple forums are not public. They are hosted on a private server. You have no - repeat no - democratic priviledges, legal rights or Constitutional guarantees (for the Yanks) to free speech or free expression or free publication on Apple's server, MacRumors' server or any other privately owned Web server.
Just like the newspaper is not obliged to print your letter to the editor, and if they choose to, they can edit it and you can't say 'boo' either way.
You want free speech? Pay for your own server account and speech away. Of course, you will also own the consequences if you publish
libellous material.
