Apple dont ship by

I believe Apple lists those dates as "estimated ship dates", which means that they are not promising delivery by that date, but thats when they think they will be able to deliver it by.

Therefore, if they are not able to deliver by that date, its a tough cookie- but no freebies will be awarded. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Im sure if they miss by a few days you wont get anything, weeks maybe.... depends on what it is. tv got delayed they got nothing.

i mean the shipped date. not delievery date..
