Has Apple discontinued the Education Store where students and teacher could get a discount on computers, etc.?

I can get that but.....when I put in my zip code.....it states that there are no schools in that zip code. My school and zipcode has always been there. I've gotten my Macbooks for years through them as I was a teacher. Now it doesn't seem to be available.
