If you remember, back on the iPad launch day, Engadget posted a video of Steve Wozniak segwaying with an iPad 3G. So turns out in a letter from Steve to Gizmodo, that employee has been fired, and the guy who lost the iPhone prototype is still working at Apple. He is bounded by the NDA, but is showing an iPad 3G to the co founder of Apple worth getting fired over?

Probably not true. Although the guy probably should have been fired if he really did show the iPad to a non-employee before release date, in contravention of his NDA.

Tech companies -- violate your NDA or other secrecy agreements at the risk of loss of your job.

.

Woz is technically an Apple employee.
